This year we have an exciting new development here at JIM Music – the launch of student workshops!

This is something that we have been planning for some time now and we are thrilled that the first round of workshops were a success. Students and parents alike have told us how much they have enjoyed the sessions and that it benefited them greatly in their learning.

We aim to continually improve our teaching in order to produce better students. We do not want to stay stagnant in our teaching methods and rely on our years of experience in the field of music. Instead we want to continually improve our teaching methods so that we can become the best school of music there is. Another reason we organised these workshops is that we want our students to interact with each other and experience the fun that comes from playing music with a group. Our usual teaching style is one-on-one personal attention from the teacher tailored to each student’s unique needs. However, we also recognise the benefits of group dynamics. Hence, to get the best of both worlds, we have introduced these group sessions.

We wanted to share a few pictures of the day with you all and we look forward to your comments and feedback.

If you would like to be included in the next session, please contact us. We look forward to hearing from you.
